Role Description
This is a full-time On-site role for an Executive – Compliance and Legal located in Gurugram. The candidate will be responsible for advising on legal matters related to the company’s operations, preparing legal documents, providing legal advice, and managing property law and conveyancing requirements. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, advising senior management on legal matters, and managing external legal counsel.
Qualifications
- Expertise in law, with a focus on corporate law, property law, and contract law
- Experience in legal document preparation and legal advice
- Knowledge of conveyancing processes and property law
- Ability to manage and work with external legal counsel
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Law
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Adept in managing complex legal issues in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working in a technology firm or a related industry is a plus
