Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a COE & Support position at CloudFence.ai located in Gurugram. The COE & Support role involves day-to-day tasks related to analytical skills, technical support, customer support, troubleshooting, and effective communication.
Qualifications
- Analytical skills, Technical Support, and Troubleshooting skills
- Strong customer support and communication skills
- Experience in cloud services or related technology fields
- Knowledge of SaaS, CloudSec, Cyber, and Digital Transformation Solutions
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience in the technology industry is a plus
