We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage prospective clients for our technology services. The ISR will be responsible for generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals through effective communication and relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate should be passionate about technology, highly motivated, and possess exceptional sales acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospect and generate new leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.

2. Qualify leads and identify potential clients by understanding their business needs, challenges, and goals.

3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our technology services.

4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to foster trust and loyalty.

5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions and proposals tailored to the client’s requirements.

6. Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.

7. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.

8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

9. Continuously strive to enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training sessions and self-learning initiatives.

 

Qualifications:

 

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

2. Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the technology industry.

3. Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and principles.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

6. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

7. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.

8. Self-motivated with a passion for technology and innovation.

9. Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

10. Previous experience with specific technologies or software relevant to the company’s offerings is a plus.
