CloudFence Technologies is hiring a highly skilled and experienced senior professional to join our organization to lead the operation. This role will be responsible for overseeing and managing the HR & Compliance, Marketing, Alliance, and other backend functions within the company. The Operation Lead will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive business growth and enhance organizational effectiveness by working closely with the CTO, CXOs & Business.

 Location: – Gurgaon

 Prior working experience with Tech Companies on similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR & Compliance Management:

   – Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

   – Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development programs.

   – Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.

   – Ensure all compliance related tasks.

   – Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR matters.

2. Alliance Management:

   – Identify potential strategic partners and establish mutually beneficial alliances.

   – Negotiate and manage partnership agreements and contracts.

   – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop joint marketing and sales initiatives.

   – Monitor alliance performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.

3. Marketing:

   – Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the organization’s products/services.

   – Conduct market research and analyse consumer trends to identify opportunities for growth.

   – Manage advertising campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, and branding efforts.

   – Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective marketing collateral and promotional materials.

   – Lead and mentor a team of HR, marketing, and alliance professionals.

   – Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and evaluate performance.

   – Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture.

2. Budgeting and Reporting:

   – Develop and manage budgets for the HR, Marketing, and Alliance departments.

   – Monitor expenses, analyse financial data, and prepare reports for senior management.

   – Provide insights and recommendations for improving operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Requirements:

– Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

– Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably overseeing HR, Alliance & Marketing.

– Strong knowledge of HR best practices, marketing strategies, and alliance management principles.

– Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools.

– Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to think strategically, analyse data, and make informed decisions

– Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

– Strong organizational and time management abilities.

– Knowledge of relevant labour laws and regulations.
