Exciting opportunity to be the first person for International Business Development & Alliances at CloudFence Technologies. 

As a Business Development Consultant specializing in International Business and Alliances, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our company’s global presence. Your primary focus will be to identify, negotiate, and establish strategic partnerships with clients and alliances with Business Partners & OEMs. This role requires a combination of strong business acumen, international market expertise, ability to work on different Time Zones and excellent communication skills to drive successful collaborations and achieve revenue objectives. 

Responsibilities: 

  1. Identify and Evaluate Opportunities: Research and analyse international markets to identify potential business opportunities and strategic alliances that align with the company’s objectives and values. 
  2. Market Entry and Expansion: Drive the company’s international market entry and expansion efforts, assessing risks and opportunities while maintaining a deep understanding of cultural and regulatory nuances in different regions. 
  3. Develop Partnership Strategies: Collaborate with the OEM team to devise a comprehensive partnership and business development strategy, outlining target regions, industries, and potential partners. 
  4. Represent the Company: Represent the company at international conferences, events, and trade shows to promote brand awareness, establish relationships, and explore new business opportunities. 
  5. Eager to understand Technology & Business Consulting.
  6. Grow Consulting, Cloud, SaaS, Risk, Cyber and Managed Service Business 
  7. Grow inhouse product XeDigital.ai (HRMS &VM) Sales and positioning to market. 
  8. Solve complex queries and provide first-hand input or solution to the customer. 
  9. Engage new and existing logos and create pipeline and close business independently. 
  10. Must be capable to understand Cyber Solutions, Business & Applications Risks| Cloud & App Security | Digital Transformation strategies. 
  11. A strong sense and understanding of emerging technology need and has the right relationships to track opportunities and participate.
  12. Maintain a multi-layered strategic relationship within the client organizations.
  13. Defend the revenue with the New & Existing accounts and ensure higher share of wallet. 
  14. Able to manage relationship with Customer & OEMs for Pricing, Funding and Rebate etc 
  15. Knowledge of Risk Consulting | Cloud & Cyber Security Technologies | VA-PT | Audit | SOC | Data Centre Solution 
  16. Negotiate and Close Deals: Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, contracts, and other business arrangements, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for the company. Facilitate the closing process in collaboration with legal and finance teams. 
  17. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and engineering, to align strategies and ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives. 
  18. Stay updated of Industry Trends: Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential threats or opportunities and adjust partnership strategies accordingly.  
  19. Outstanding communication skills and an ability to articulate the value a proposition to large accounts. 
  20. Excellent Relationship Management skills

Requirements: 

  1. Bachelor’s degree in technology or a related field.
  2. Proven experience 5+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or alliance management in the technology industry, with a specific focus on international markets. 
  3. Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing complex deals with international partners. 
  4. Strong understanding of international business practices, cultures, and regulatory frameworks. 
  5. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders. 
  6. Strategic thinker with a track record of driving business growth through innovative partnerships. 
  7. Ability to travel internationally, as required.
