Exciting opportunity to be the first person for International Business Development & Alliances at CloudFence Technologies.
As a Business Development Consultant specializing in International Business and Alliances, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our company’s global presence. Your primary focus will be to identify, negotiate, and establish strategic partnerships with clients and alliances with Business Partners & OEMs. This role requires a combination of strong business acumen, international market expertise, ability to work on different Time Zones and excellent communication skills to drive successful collaborations and achieve revenue objectives.
- Identify and Evaluate Opportunities: Research and analyse international markets to identify potential business opportunities and strategic alliances that align with the company’s objectives and values.
- Market Entry and Expansion: Drive the company’s international market entry and expansion efforts, assessing risks and opportunities while maintaining a deep understanding of cultural and regulatory nuances in different regions.
- Develop Partnership Strategies: Collaborate with the OEM team to devise a comprehensive partnership and business development strategy, outlining target regions, industries, and potential partners.
- Represent the Company: Represent the company at international conferences, events, and trade shows to promote brand awareness, establish relationships, and explore new business opportunities.

- Must be capable to understand Cyber Solutions, Business & Applications Risks| Cloud & App Security | Digital Transformation strategies.
- A strong sense and understanding of emerging technology need and has the right relationships to track opportunities and participate.
- Maintain a multi-layered strategic relationship within the client organizations.
- Defend the revenue with the New & Existing accounts and ensure higher share of wallet.
- Able to manage relationship with Customer & OEMs for Pricing, Funding and Rebate etc
- Knowledge of Risk Consulting | Cloud & Cyber Security Technologies | VA-PT | Audit | SOC | Data Centre Solution
- Negotiate and Close Deals: Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, contracts, and other business arrangements, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for the company. Facilitate the closing process in collaboration with legal and finance teams.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and engineering, to align strategies and ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.
- Stay updated of Industry Trends: Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential threats or opportunities and adjust partnership strategies accordingly.
- Outstanding communication skills and an ability to articulate the value a proposition to large accounts.

- Bachelor’s degree in technology or a related field.
- Proven experience 5+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or alliance management in the technology industry, with a specific focus on international markets.

- Strong understanding of international business practices, cultures, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

- Ability to travel internationally, as required.
